Our client is seeking an operations allrounder to join their ever growing team handling all facets of import and export operations. They strive for excellence and it is their mission to provide superior logistics solutions and supply chain management.
Your daily duties will consist of but not be limited to some of the following:
- Taking and making export bookings
- Job registrations
- Arranging collection of export cargo
- Lodging SCA, EDN's and PRA's
- Invoicing
- Liasing with shippers and consignee's
- Liasing with overseas offices and agents
- Any other duties as set out by management
To be considered for the role you must possess the following key attributes:
- Minimum 3-5 years experience within the Australian Market working for a freight forwarder
- Very well spoken
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Initiative and desire to learn freight forwarding
- Excellent customer service
