Key Account Manager - Industrial Software $130K Our Client Our client is a home grown Aussie making a success of themselves on the world stage. They are constantly reinventing their product range, services and market offerings to meet the ever changing needs of the worlds mining, manufacturing and heavy industry markets and as such have experienced exceptional year on year growth over the last 10 years. With new clients being won on an almost weekly basis this company is looking to secure the services of a proven Key Account Manager to nuture and grow an ever growing list of blue chip clients in the NSW market place. The Role Reporting to the Northern region sales manager your role will involve marketing this company's new products into the Manufacturing and Mining sectors. The suite of solutions you will be responsible for include SCADA, field I O, PLC's, MES, turn key outsourcing solutions as well as consulting services. The scope for these products is boundless as it penetrates and adds value to every step in the manufacturing process. As part of your role you will be managing some of this company's largest clients based in NSW .The current demand for this procuct is so high that sales people around the country are already well above their sales target YTD - Imagine what you could do with a products like this at your disposal! You will be expected to build strong networks within your client base to ensure maximum penetration of the mining and manufacturing market in the next 3 - 4 years. You will receive extensive support, development and can only benefit from this company's in house training programs! Remuneration for this role will include: - Negotiable Base + Super + Car
- $30K Bonus commission structure which is uncapped.
- Tools of trade including Phone, Laptop and Home broadband connection.
Selection Criteria Given the cutting edge technology that is being sold in this role there are some stringent selection criteria that need to be met by aspiring applicants: - You must have a proven track record in IT based or Industrial software sales roles
- You must be experienced in strategic selling and ideally understand the principals of &Blue Sheeting& or other strategic selling methodologies.
- You will have excellent account management experience of clients in the NSW manufacturing and or mining space.
- You have had extensive dealings in the mining and industrial sector and will already be well networked within many industrial organisations.
- You can prove your ability to network yourself within a client's structure and gain internal sponsorship from key decision makers.
- You have excellent communication skills and can relate to both plant managers and C level contacts in a professional and relaxed manner.
- You set your own targets and know how to work effectively and do what it takes to achieve them.
