Opportunity to work for an client who have an a large portfolio of assets internationally. With just over 100 properties in Melbourne and an extensive capital project plan for the next few years in projects both locally and overseas. This Management/Leasing role will require your strategic and operational diversity to ensure the ongoing success of their team.
Working in their property division you will be responsible for the Management of the portfolio (70%) and negotiation and administration internal and external leasing for the portfolio (30%). Your expertise will come from a commercial property management and leasing (office/retail) background to allow you to hit the ground running.
Key duties includes property leasing, lease contract management, facility management and operating standards, high level negotiations, agent management, ensure OH&S requirements are met, facilitate meetings/inspections and work with Manager of Property Management and CRM to ensure high level of service to clients are met, maintenance etc.
We are looking for an experience commercial operative with a proven track record in high level lease negotiations and management skills. Excellent customer service and adhere to legislative requirements is essential. Practical application of OH&S & Australian Building Standards and Regulations, facility operations of a large complex is also required. Bachelor of Business (Property) highly regarded.
