A national property owner is currently seeking to employ an experienced Facilities Manager to manage a key property within their portfolio.
With plannned development in the near future you will ensure the successful delivery of capital works whilst ensuring the day to day operations of the site are successfuly carried out.
You will have experience in:

• Development of business plans for facility
• Ensuring facilities are compliant in line with legislative requirements
• Mentoring, training and management of operations staff
• Procurement of contracts
• Managing contractors
• Developing asset plans for plant and equipment
• Working within multi site financial service providers or large hospitality or retail sites
• Developing OPEX and CAPEX budgets

You will be a technically minded individual that is capable of assessing plant and equipment break downs whilst also being comfortable in a client facing role.
