 Our clients are a Melbourne based commercial agency with a medium sized portfolio under management and a busy sales and leasing team. They have a current requirment to assist their Trust Accounting department in a part time capacity with complete flexibility.
Your duties will include:
- Daily receipting and banking
- Bank reconciliation
- Data entry/invoicing
- Collating and attaching invoices to landlord statements and tax invoices
- Recording term deposits and update bond spreadsheet
- Filing of paid invoices, term deposits bank statements and trust receipts
- Issuing of cheques
Previous experience with Macpro RE Office and Trust Accounting is essential. Ideally within a commercial envioronment, however this is not essential.
Your days and hours will be as you require i.e. 1-3 days per week. Contract until August/September 2012.
