Wanting to utilise and expand on your admin/reception experience? Our client is seeking an ambitious, proactive receptionist to also provide admin support to the Property Management and the Sales divisions. You will be given a very friendly, supportive, team oriented environment in which to learn and grow.

Your busy day will include, but not be limited to:

  • Answering/directing all incoming calls and greeting all visitors to the office
  • Providing administrative support to Property Management and Sales
  • Maintaining the front desk area, rental list, window display
  • Preparation of inspections reports, lease agreements, receipting rent

In order to be considered for this opportunity you will need to demonstrate an enthusiastic approach to your work, you will need to have a Certificate of Registration or be willing to obtain immediately.
