Training will be provided and you will be working in a team of friendly yet professional people.

The role is help desk / customer service role and your day to day duties will include but not limited to:

  • Handling enquiries and complaints
  • Coordinating repairs and maintenance
  • Manage key and contractor insurance registers
  • Program security access passes
  • Arrange tends of service contracts and renewals
  • Assist Property Managers as required
  • Coordinator Fire Maintenance service inspections

In order to be considered for the role, you will need to display the following:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Intermediate to advanced administration skills
  • Friendly, calm and helpful personality
