Our Client is seeking a the services of a self motivated and expereinced Cellar Hand to oversee and manage their operations in the Riverena region of NSW. You will be responsible for directing your 5 full time reports throughout the year and guiding additional staff through the Vintage period.
The successful candidate must have:
- Supervisory and or Management experience.
- Interpersonal skills
- Understanding of safe work practices.
- Proven ability in managing efficiencies.
- Solid experience in a medium sized winery.
- Perform flexible hours when required to assist team.
The right candidate will have a proven history in cellar operations, including knowledge of sparkling procedures. This will be displayed through a solid history and appropriate studies and certifications.
The successful candidate will be required to work with autonomously reporting to the Operations Manager.
