Reporting directly to the Parts Marketing Manager, as a Product Specialist in Collision you will be an essential part of a Dynamic Marketing Team where you will be involved in lots of 'Think Tank' activities focusing on the promotion and analysis of aftermarket part sales. This role will also see you building strong relationships with leading insurers to ensure genuine parts are used for field repairs.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Development and calculation of pricing strategies for all collision parts
- Achievement of sales and margin targets for collision parts
- Maintain and forge strong relationships with insurers to develop insurance parts pricing and sales strategies
- Development of marketing programs to support collision products
- Maintain ongoing relationships with key suppliers
- Development of comparable market research material
Essential to your success will be:
- Previous exposure to working with Insurers and a sound understanding of collision parts
- Strong ability to problem solve and strategize
- Advanced MS Office capabilities
- Highly articulate and business savvy
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing or similar
- Proven results with sales or marketing - ideally within a manufacturing environment
- Total commitment to customer service values
