As Marketing Manager you will develop a marketing plan, manage its implementation and measure its success (with a key focus on ROI). Drawing on the resources of a close knit and extremely capable marketing team your activity will stretch Above and Below the Line to support key sales objectives. This will include collateral development, online, PR and local area marketing. You will manage your own budgets and assume responsibility for agency management (both creative and media).

To be considered, you will have excellent project management skills and proven ability working within tight deadlines. You will demonstrate strong commercial acumen, using data as the basis for your campaign recommendations. Above all you will demonstrate excellent stakeholder skills with the ability to negotiate and present ideas to senior level. Experience within a services environment is essential with knowledge of property marketing a further advantage.
