As a senior member of the Executive Team, the Marketing Manager will be required to manage all aspects the group’s marketing portfolio. Through your contribution you will impact on key financial indicators of company performance, budget management, execution of marketing campaigns, increased brand awareness and growth of customer base for the group’s diverse Hospitality portfolio. This pivotal role will initially develop key marketing and promotional activities across a number of differing hospitality venues and then oversee and develop a growth strategy for the functions and retail businesses across our group. With your extensive experience within Sales and Marketing (preferably in hospitality / retail food). You will report on and develop budgets, forecasts and KPI's for the venues and effectively monitor and analyze any variations. Your communication skills, drive and a love of marketing/selling will be innate. Your responsibilities: - Market and launch our exciting new brands
- Market and launch new hospitality concepts within venues.
- Drive retail and function sales with a comprehensive annual marketing plan.
- Manage the budget for and execute a promotions and marketing plan for the entire business.
- Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders
- Advertising, media and collateral management.
- Assist in the preparation of business plans, tenders and growth strategies
- Review and utilise current market research and business benchmarking
- Strong strategic thinker broad marketing skill-set, including press, promotion, event, digital and traditional communications.
- Strong experience in branding & communication planning
- Sound retail understanding
- Ability to extrapolate and analyze data
You have: - Have a proven ability to multi-task and deal proactively with multiple deadlines and shifting priorities in a deadline-driven, fast paced environment for yourself and your team
- Have high attention to detail
- Have a tertiary qualification in a marketing related discipline
