We are seeking a Commercial Property Lawyer with the experience and drive to be part of a expanding team with a culture that provides all the trimmings of a top tier law firm.

The variety of clients include corporate entities within large scale property development and building from the private sector as well as local and federal Government agencies. You will be guided by a leading Partner with over 7 years experience in this specilised area of law. You will also be responsible for the following predominant type of work as follows:

• Preparing and negotiating property related documentation, including joint ventures.
• Preparation of development agreements, heads of agreements, design and construction documentation, project management agreements, services agreements, consultancy agreements and agreements for lease and leases.
• Preparing advices in relation to property, construction and environment issues (including strata).
• Advising clients in relation to structuring transactions.

Your application will be considered if you have previous experience in the following areas:

• Leasing for both lessee and lessor
• Sale, purchase, strata, sub-division, development, planning & Environment
• Experience in the ACT jurisdiction, but not essential
