As a strategic joint venture between two leading Australian and European corporations, this organisation continuously achieves international recognition for its commercially innovative endeavours in the transport industry whilst being fully supportive of career progression and work-life balance. An opportunity has arisen for an experienced lawyer to assist the business on an initial 3 month contract basis.

Reporting to the CFO and working closely with the Executive Leadership team, you will work autonomously in providing advice on a diverse range of issues including drafting commercial documents; negotiation of contracts; advice on risk and compliance issues as well as managing complaints and litigation matters.

The ideal candidate will be a commercial lawyer with 6+ years post admission experience gained within private practice or in-house. Genuinely flexible, you will be able to adapt to a constantly changing environment. You will enjoy meeting and working with vastly different people and demonstrate a natural enthusiasm for new and diverse subject matters. Exposure to Government and infrastructure projects will be highly regarded.
