Voice Analyst
Working for one of the biggest and best banks in the world, your telecommunications expertise will see you performing the following duties:
  • Moves, Adds & Changes provisioning.
  • 1st and 2nd level support for Avaya PABX, Audix, CMS and NICE voice recorders.
  • 1st level support for Phoneware CADS, ADTEC voice bridge, Speakerbus and Davox auto diallers.
  • Assisting Communications Manager with the day-to-day running of the Avaya Voice infrastructure for Australia and New Zealand.
  • Assisting Communications Manager with the day-to-day running of the Nicelog Voice Recorders infrastructure for Australia and New Zealand.
  • Resolving technical issues encountered within the environment in line with the continuity of standards.
  • Liaising with Vendor Engineers as required.
  • Participation in Voice engineering projects.
  • Technical documentation of Voice engineering projects.
  • Recommendation of solutions to Business Unit initiative.
  • Performing regular performance reporting as required.
Required qualifications & experience:
  • Appropriate vendor training
  • Telecommunications (Austel) Cabling Licence
  • Previous experience with Avaya PABX, Audix, CMS, and Nicelog Voice Recorders
Highly desirable
  • Experience with Avaya IVR (preferable)
  • Experience with Cisco Call Manager (optional)
