We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant within this team in our
Brisbane office. Core job responsibilities include:
- Full 360’ control of complete recruitment process within permanent placements for clients in the mining and energy sectors.
- Responsibility for achieving set KPI’s and financial targets.
- Business Development activities.
- Client liaison and account management activities.
- Advertising, sourcing and interviewing candidates.
- Conducting reference checks.
To be successful for this role you will be required to have the following:
- Solid Recruitment experience within blue-collar recruitment, ideally earned in the Mining and Energy sector
- Applications from experienced white-collar recruitment consultants, who have ability to recruit for skilled trades and operator roles are also welcomed.
- Strong customer service delivery, organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work well within a team environment.
- Demonstrable ability to meet targets, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent time management skills.
