This role will see you work with a largely blue chip client base, specialising in low volume, high margin assignments. Because your team will be small and highly specialised, your billings and income will be considerably larger than what you may have become accustomed to in the marketplace.
Ideally you will be a graduate and have had 3 or 4 years working in therecruitment or Life Insurance and Superannuationsector. This role will see you focus on the mid to senior management levels within the life insuranceand Superannuation sector targeting assignments typically in the $60 to $250K pa range.
The Life and Superannuation recruitment market is booming at the moment and we have more jobs than we can manage.
We are looking for experienced recruiters who either have experience in this area or are looking to take on a new area. Financial services recruitment experience is highly regarded but not essential. Our experienced team can offer full product training on Life and Superannuation.
You are commercially astute and have the confidence and presentation skills to negotiate at the very highest level with our clients. You will receive an industry best, intensive training program teaching you the nuances of the recruitment industry from some of the best senior managers in the market.
