The opportunity
Great things continue to happen at ICON and this really is an opening for an entrepreneurial "IT Recruiter" to take their Recruitment desk in a direction that plays to their experience, expertise & network.
Core requirements for this role:
- Strong IT recruitment industry experience at a senior level
- Highly developed negotiation and relationship building skills
- Resilient and passionate about your role
- A solid track record for proven account growth
- Strong business development and networking skills together with the ability to 'roll your sleeves up'
- Have high levels of energy, are enthusiastic, confident and a self starter, able to run a true "360" desk
