Recruitment Consultants

2 + years experience, You will deliver best-practice tailored recruitment processes to ensure both client and candidate needs are met. Develop partnerships to achieve your revenue targets and customer service objectives. Be responsible for growing your individual portfolio and knowledge of your market sector to ensure clients and candidates benefit from a specialist recruitment experience. Achieving and monitoring clearly defined compliance objectives and sales targets.

Delivery Consultants
As a Delivery Consultant you will provide talent sourcing solutions to meet the needs of a high volume contracted & PSA client base. You will be responsible for maintaining working relationships with key strategic and major clients within your contracted client portfolio and sourcing, assessing and placing quality candidates to specific roles within those organisations. While maintaining and supporting growth within existing contracted client (PSA) relationships by delivering superior customer service and supplying quality candidates to complement their workforce.
