We are seeking a full Delivery Recruitment Consultant within our specialist Technology/ I.T. team in our highly successful Melbourne office, placing I.T. Specialists across a select group of PSAs. This will involve running an existing, warm desk of candidates across both permanent placements and temporary on hire placements.

Core job responsibilities include:
• Control of the candidate sourcing aspects of the recruitment process, for a hybrid desk of permanent and contract placements within the specialist I.T. space.
• Responsibility for achieving set KPI’s
• Advertising, sourcing and interviewing candidates.
• Conducting reference checks.

To be successful for this role you will be required to have the following:
• We are seeking outcome orientated consultants that are motivated to build a sustainable career in recruitment, by utilising business and recruitment methodologies that Chandler Macleod Group have developed over the past 50 years.
• Ideally, at least some Recruitment experience  within I.T. recruitment.
• Strong customer service delivery, organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work well within a team environment.
• Demonstrable ability to meet targets, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent time management skills.
