As the Australian Economy continues to recover the demand for high quality IT staff is building. Our existing IT Recruitment Team is now running at full capacity and we are looking for an additional consultant to join the team.

Our Company
TRS is a multi disciplined Recruitment Company that has been in operation since 2006. Our current focus is to grow our IT&T Recruitment team. Many of our existing clients who have been cautious over the last 18 months are now heavily recruiting.

The Role:
We are looking for an experienced consultant who has a track record of success in either contract or permanent recruitment. We offer a warm desk with a number of live jobs to start working on straight away. We are open to speaking to people who have successfully recruited in any technical sector.

Commission (contract and permanent billings pooled together):
0 > 10k = 5%
10 > 20k = 10%
20 > 30k = 20%
30 > 40k = 30%
40k+ = 40%

Our Environment:
We employee experienced consultants who are motivated by their own desire to succeed rather than by KPI's and heavy handed management.
You will be judged by your billings and not your database activity and phone times.
