Our Perth region is now looking for a process driven and enthusiastic Work Health & Safety Coordinator to join the team in providing an outstanding Work Health and Safety service to our employees.

This role is one of the most interesting WHS positions in the marketplace, exposing the coordinator to a wide range of workplace experiences.

Working across Perth, this role will see you:

• Conducting Site Risk Assessments
• Incident Investigations
• Ensure compliance with OH&S Legislation
• Effective Stakeholder management, relationship building
• Organise and manage WH&S documentation and administration
• Day to day management of the systems and electronic reports
• Assist with implementation of new injury reduction initiatives

Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:

• Driver’s License – essential
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Ideally have experience in heavy industry / manufacturing or transport & logistics
• Minimum Cert IV in OH&S
• Cert IV Workplace Training and Assessment would be well regarded
• Confidence to mentor employees and strengthen a culture of safety
