Reporting to the Managing Director - Adecco Brand, the General Manager-NSW/ACT is a pivotal role focused on maximising revenue and profitability. The successful candidate will have complete responsibility for the financial and commercial deliverables for two States for the Adecco Brand (Office and Industrial Recruitment).
In addition to leading and developing your team you will provide expert financial and commercial thought leadership with the ultimate outcome of increasing Market share.
You will possess:
- Proven ability to lead, coach and develop staff in a sales environment
- Proven expertise in the development and implementation of solution based sales in a competitive environment
- High levels of enthusiasm and energy, with a work ethic second to none
- Demonstrated capacity to juggle and deliver on multiple projects
- Experience building relationships with senior management of client organisations
- The ability to accurately research, plan and forecast market trends
- High personal impact and the ability to gain credibility with colleagues and clients quickly.
- The ability to switch between the "operational" and the "strategic" hat, as required.
- Recruitment Industry experience, at a General Manager or State Manager is essential
