One of Australias long standing Mutual organisation currently looking for a Senior ER specialist to join the HR team with the primary carriage of allocated ER matters arising from across the business.

ROLE:

You will be but not limited to:

• Providing pragmatic and solution-focussed ER/HR advice to line managers and staff;
• Leading and managing complex staff issues;
• Taking a leadership role in ensuring corporate compliance with EO and anti discrimination legislation through the maintenance of an effective, appropriate policy, management education, and management of the EEO Contact Officer network.
• Supporting collective bargaining negotiations.

YOU

You will:

• Have significant experience working in an ER/HR role in a fast-paced organisation preferably within hospitality;
• Demonstrate deep knowledge and practical experience in ER/HR;
• Be flexible, adaptable and responsive to changing workplace demands;
• Excellent communication skills, including listening & engagement of others
• High level written skills: Ability to write legal responses, policies and complex reports

You will be an experienced ER/IR specialist with a real passion for Employee Relations.
