This leading Perth based ASX and London listed international group is a household brand name. Operating in global markets with aggressive growth plans, they are expanding their HR advisory team and require a dynamic and experienced Senior HR/ ER Advisor with to help build international capability and contribute to HR strategy development and implementation.

Reporting to the Group HR Manager, in this exciting generalist role working with key global executives and decision makers based in Perth , you will assist deliver a national HR advisory service across all business areas. You will develop and give advice on HR policies and procedures, performance management, workplace legislation, , talent attraction and management, and workforce planning initiatives. You will coach line managers in HR protocols and partner with them to build workforce capability. You will also assist with enterprise bargaining negotiations and facilitate work place mediations and investigations. You will travel widely and as the business expands further HR growth and promotional opportunities will arise, enabling you to build your own team.

This is a diverse and challenging international HR role for an ambitious, experienced HR generalist seeking to advance their career. You will be formally qualified, have related HR exposure and be able to work in a dynamic, fast paced, ever changing environment. You will have superior project management abilities, be able to deliver remote HR advisory services and have a good understanding of the Fair Work Act and EBA negotiation approaches. Your superior communication and relationship building abilities will also be very well utilised as well as your influencing and decision making skills. You will be committed to achieving superior people outcomes and delivering outstanding HR services.
