My client based in Balmain, is looking for experienced 'Travel consultants' to join their expanding team.

The contact centre is busy, but has friendly and relaxed atmosphere with a strong team spirit. You will be able to earn incentives in the form of 'Reward Points' which can you too can use for holidays and travel!!

On a daily basis you will be required to: 

- Assist clients with booking holidays using their reward points
- Provide excellent customer service
- Build strong relationships
- Cross and up sell products
- Liaise with other travel providers

Successful candidates will have: 

- Strong experience in the travel industry (minimum of 4 years)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong Airfare Knowledge
- Ability to sell all areas of travel including Domestic
- Strong selling ability for Insurance
- Confident and clear telephone manner
- Knowledge of Travel booking systems

If you have experience using Amadeus and Calypso then this would be advantageous.  In your application please advise which travel computer systems you have used.

This is an on-going temporary position starting ASAP working Monday - Friday on a rotating shift of 8am - 8pm.
