Our client who has operated in the hospitality industry for over 40 years and is based in Parramatta is seeking an experienced Production Co-ordinator to join the very fast paced working environment. We are encouraging production co-ordinators from food and FMCG industries to apply.
Reporting directly to the Production Manager, you should have the following;
- Previous experience co-ordinating within production plant preferably within food manufacturing or FMCG.
- Experience managing people and processes to achieve the required outcome
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work to targets and KPI's
- Co-ordinate work flow with the logistics, production and administration.
- Previous continuous improvement experience
- Enthusiastic and self motivated with good organisational skills
- Experience implementing and rolling out OH&S procedures
- Ability to work to flexible hours
- Competent computer skills.
- Ability to work within a multi cultural environment
