To obtain this role you must demonstrate the following: - Completion of a Cert III in Commercial Cookery
- Minimum 2 years industry experience in a similar venue
- Knowledge of all kitchen sections
- Experience with Modern Australian cuisine will be an advantage
- An ability to work effectively within a team
- Excellent knife skills
