Our client is a Tasmanian company with a talented group of 500 employees state-wide; they are currently seeking two qualified civil/structural engineers due to securing some large on going projects.
Reporting to the manager of Infrastructure, you will be responsible and involved in asset management, project management, contract administration functions as well as conceptual and structural design, estimation and construction and supervision of various projects.
To be successful in this position you will have a proven track record working on large projects and a minimum 3 years experience working in a similar role.
You will be required to have excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, leadership skills and ability to work with and manage a diverse range of staff, contractors, clients and stakeholders. You will have exceptional analytical, conceptual, problem solving, self management and time management skills. You will need to be a corporate member, or heading towards membership for the Institution of Engineers of Australia.
