Exciting multi $Bilion Project seeking an experienced Rail/Civil Project Director to join a highly successful team/organisation.
Key responsibilities include: - Providing effective leadership and management to the project team
- Ensuring the project team meet contractual requirements and site targets across all business functions to ensure that safety, time, cost and quality objectives are optimised.
- As directed by Operations Manager, undertaking any cost control, estimating, budgeting, forecasting, sub-contract claim review and commercial negotiation activities.
- Effectively partnering with the internal regional businesses to ensure appropriate client liaison.
- Lead and champion our safety vision of 'No Harm' in all aspects of site activities and establish a safe working culture across the sites.
- Comply with Environmental requirements as set out in Environmental Plan and manage Environment issues in line
- with policy, manual and procedures.

- Multi Billion Dollar Project
- New Rail Link Program
- 20km of trackwith the majority being underground
- Heavy Civil Engineering works
- Heavy Haul
- 10 Stations
To be considered for this role you will posses:
- Experienced in Multi Million/Billion Dollar Rail/Tunneling Projects
- Proven track record with a tier 1 contractor
- Tertiary qualification's in Civil Engineering
- Strong Planning, programming, coordinating and managing skills
- Strong relationship building, influencing and negotiation skills.
- Minimum 10+ years project management experience, predominantly within rail and heavy civil engineering (tunneling)
