Design & Construct are currently recruiting for a number of leading civil contracting companies based in NSW. We have a variety of roles available working on civil infrastructure projects valued up to $100M.

Estimator | $160,000.00 Package - A minimum of 8 years estimating experience required to join a contractor who has over fifty full time employees and specialise in roadworks and earthworks. They are an expanding civil contractor who value their employees & reward hard work with regular salary reviews & promotional opportunities.

Intermediate Estimator | $135,000.00 Package - A minimum of 5 years estimating experience tendering on earthworks and RTA projects valued up to $40M is required with this diverse organisation that has an outstanding pedigree in completing some of NSW most challenging and rewarding projects.

Junior Estimator | $95,000.00 Package - A minimum of 2 years estimating experience tendering on sub-division projects is required with this privately owned civil engineering contractor who has been established for over three decades and is becoming one of the most successful contractors to date.

Senior Project Manager | $200,000.00 Package - A minimum of 10 years project management experience working on infrastructure projects valued up to $50M is essential with this national contracting business who are trusted by government authorities and joint venture partners to deliver major infrastructure projects throughout the Eastern seaboard.

Project Manager | $200,000.00 Package - A minimum of 10 years project management experience working on earthworks and subdivision projects valued up to $20M is required to join one of the most successful contracting businesses in NSW. They have one of the best reputations in the industry and are known for their delivery of complex land development projects.

Senior Project Engineer | $175,000.00 Package - A minimum of 10 years project engineering experience required with an established national ASX listed company who specialise in the mining and energy, environment, community infrastructure and urban development sectors.

Senior Project Engineer | $155,000.00 Package - A minimum of 8 years project engineering experience required with an established civil contractor who operates throughout NSW undertaking all kinds of projects from minor civil works through to major infrastructure projects.

Project Engineer | $135,000.00 Package - A minimum of 3 years project engineering experience working on RTA and earthworks projects is required with this leading civil contractor who has over $90 million dollars worth of work in hand. This role will give you the opportunity to move in to project management with one of Sydney's most respected Civil Contractors.
