The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
Experience in vehicle refinement and a good understanding of NVH (Noise Vibration and Harshness) issues relating to PT (Powertrain) installations.
Familiarity with testing techniques associated with measuring PT NVH issues
Ability to support issue resolution by identifying weaknesses with designs and provide realistic corrective actions.
Experience in computer modeling of dynamic simulations (eg. Nastran, Sysnoise, optistruct, hyperworks, AVL/excite, LMS Virtual Lab) or physical test experience
Knowledge of materials namely; metallics, engineering plastics and sound insulation treatments.
Knowledge of manufacturing requirements related to PT installations
We are looking for tertiary qualified Engineer with proven experience with CAE tools.
