Key Responsibilities:
Project Management of Electrical switches for multiple programs across multiple Product Development sites in the region
Manage Suppliers and/or in-house CAD Team to develop, design and release electrical commodities and systems for new, freshening, top-hat & TVM programs.
Lead interface between engineering, studio, supplier, manufacturing, craftsmanship to ensure quality delivery.
Ensure compatibility with all other interfacing systems.
Support selection of suppliers, development of program work plans, and completion of gateway deliverables to maintain program timing.
Develop designs to meet or exceed system & vehicle attribute targets.
Deliver system TVM & Quality targets across Australia led programs & support other programs across region.
Build strong relationship with Global Core team.
To be successful for this position, you will have:
A Bachelor Engineering degree or equivalent with relevant experiences
Able to successfully bring cross functional team together across different cultures & time zones to ensure repeated delivery of own & shared objectives.
Highly proactive & able to demonstrate & inspire a 'can do' attitude.
Able to see the big picture & has a strong drive to reach the right outcome for the business.
Able to guide and coach younger, less experienced engineers
Strong & consistent communicator able to tailor appropriately.
