This creates opportunities and they are currently looking for an outstanding Management Consulting Senior Manager who has the potential to become a Partner.

With current specialisations in business process re-engineering and cost reduction, they are also building their offering in other areas such as strategy, project management and market analysis. This means that while a strength in business process re-engineering is ideal, you will be able to broaden your skills if you demonstrate the ability and desire to do so. At this level you will lead and develop teams to deliver complex engagements and you will be involved in the business development activities - you will already have a network that will form the base of an ability to progress in the firm by delivering revenue targets.

Currently they are busy so you must have a track record of executing complex briefs for significant clients. You must have managed and motivated teams and you must be able to turn pressure into performance. Your project management, communication and analytical skills must be first class and you must be able to stand face-to-face with clients and impress.
