Due to the dynamic growth of their construction arm they are seeking a experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their Brisbane construction team. Typical market sectors of cost consultancy include commercial, residential, retail, education and defence build.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Undertaking the valuing of variations and potential variations.
• Financial control.
• Feasibility analysis, tender documentation and bill of quantities.
• Client Management and relationship building.
• Forecasting and client reporting.
• Measuring.
• Post Construction Contract Administration.
• Cost planning and Estimating

Applicants will need to possess a degree in either Construction Management or Quantity Surveying or relevant accreditation.

Experience of Cost X software would be preferable.

Strong communication skills and attention to detail is essential. The ideal candidate would have 5 years+ experience in the Queensland market.
