An exciting opportunity exists for a proactive Estimator to join a recently established luxury builder that are conveniently located in Melbourne's inner suburbs.


This role will encompass full management and control of site costs, programming, client variations and all other related general administration to aid the site construction team.

The successful candidate will have:

• Proven estimating experience gained in custom build houses (Experience in low rise residential apartment estimating would be a distinct advantage)
• Strong knowledge of residential construction
• Proficient in Databuild/Buildsoft or similar
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer skills
• Immediate start
