They have attracted some of Melbourne's best building professionals from the 1st and 2nd tier and are now seeking to supplement their team with an experienced Contracts Administrator. Roles and Responsibilities of the Contracts Administrator will include: - Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules
- Progress claim assistance and external variations
- Review, negotiate and finalise subcontracts
- Manage and track project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claim
- Administer RFIs to clients, architects and consultants
- Administer the project HSE system
To be considered for the position of Contracts Administrator you will require: - Experience working on complex Design and Construct Projects, ideally in excess of $20 Million
- Sound knowledge of the Victorian construction market including unions, sub contractors etc
- Strong and proven track record on major Commercial projects (over a period of at least five years at this level)
- Tertiary qualified in construction, engineering, accounting or QS or a related degree or with the equivalent knowledge, skills and experience
