Prepare architectural drawings for domestic & Commercial properties. Need to have a minimum of ten years experience as an architect and have contract administration and project management experience. Will work from own home office and for part time 2.5 days/week flexible hours as part of a virtual office network. Need to be self motivated; self disciplined and have effective people and negotiating skills. The applicant must be competent with AutoCAD 2005, MS Word, Excel and emails, must have own PC, phone and transport, and must have knowledge of the Building Code of Australia (BCA) and the SA Housing Code. Appropriate software will be provided.
