Sales Consultant - Retention

We are currently representing a group that is in search of highly motivated sales individuals to join their sales team.   As your role will be all phone based it is essential that you have exceptional communication skills with the ability to clearly and concisely deliver all content.  Your primary responsibility will be strengthening customer relationships through a range of retention activities. You will be following up with customers who are "at risk" of closing their current account.
If you possess the ability to delight your customers this is the perfect opportunity for you in 2012, along with having an innate ability to get along with a number of different personality types as this company has a diverse client group.
 
The ideal candidate will need to exhibit the following:
 
  • Solid negotiation skills
  • Previous sales experience
  • Exposure to sales KPIs
