In the role of Collections officer you will be responsible for problem solving and committing customers to their debts, advising debtors of their contractual obligation to the client whilst striving to reduce the debtor ledger. Using your expert judgement and analysis to decide the optimal approach with each debtor will see you succeed in the role.
