As they continue to grow and develop with several exciting projects about to launch we now require a passionate and dedicated Team Manager to lead their team to provide exceptional service to their customer base and external partners. An experienced change manager you can lead a group through significant change and provide ongoing support and feedback with a strong continuous improvement focus. Flexible and adaptable you thrive in a pure service environment and enjoy contributing to the senior leadership team in a Contact Centre environment. For this role we are seeking a leader who has previous Contact Centre leadership experience. As part of the services offered includes some technical support a keen interest in IT and technology and exceptional problem solving skills are essential. The Contact Centre operates across 7 days and Team Managers will mainly work Monday to Friday on rotating rosters between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday with a requirement to work one Saturday in three with the Monday prior to your Saturday shift as a day in lieu (imagine a long weekend every 3 weeks!). Our client is currently offering a full time fixed term contract for 6 months.
