3+ month contract in Senior Workforce LT Forecasting. Market leader needs expert with Business Improvement based in Perth, (or Sydney or Melbourne or Adelaide + several weeks travel to Perth). Preferred start mid February - March. They will listen to ideas.

Position

• Creating forecasting and modelling processes and templates
• Coaching Planners to model and forecast
• Genesys Call Management and Genesys Workforce Management experienced with other systems is acceptable
• No direct reports
• Work from home available around the needs of the business

About you... essential

• Extensive modelling experience
• LT Forecasting to 3 yrs
• Advanced Excel skills
• Business improvement experience
• Well developed stakeholder relationship management
• Extensive and accurate forecasting and scheduling in a high volume call centre environment
• Understanding of call drivers and likely impacts on call and back office activity volumes
• Highly skilled in driving workforce planning improvement strategies
