As a pivotal member of this energetic customer service team, your key responsibilities will include:

• High volume processing of customer orders
• EDI order processing
• Monitoring and advising of stock shortages
• Maintaining a high level of communications with customers, Account Managers and warehouse personnel
• Coordination of deliveries and stock allocations
• Following up all queries and delivery issues within a timely manner
• Generating of daily and weekly reports
• Adhering to daily deadlines

To secure this fantastic opportunity you must have previous experience within a similar Customer Service based role, superior attention to detail, fast and accurate data entry skills and above all else a strong customer service focus. Solid MS Office skills, experience within Retail/Apparel sectors and prior exposure to EDI/ERP systems are highly desired attributes for this role.
