More specifically the role includes:
* providing customer support in all areas of enquiries, complaints and product information. * processing of sales orders. * providing on-the-job training for colleagues and peers. * relief reception duties. * other adhoc duties as required.
To be considered for this role you must have:
* a minimum of 3 years experience in a customer service role. * exceptional communication skills. * high attention to detail. * intermediate/advanced computer skills. * empathy and problem solving ability. * good time management skills. * the ability to work effectively within a team.
