Working for a global logistics company based in the Western Suburbs, we are looking for a motivated customer service operator who is used to a fast paced environment. Further details below:

Duties/responsibilities:
  • Taking inbound calls only
  • Dealing with customer enquiries
  • Tracking orders

To be considered for this role you MUST have the following experience and skills:

  • Minimum of two years experience in call centre/customer service (on the phone)
  • Excellent communication skills - written & verbal
  • Computer literacy - being able to move between different systems quickly and efficiently
  • 100% attention to detail
  • Basic Excel experience
  • Experience within warehousing and/or transport is a bonus

This is an on-going temporary role.
