Working for a global logistics company based in the Western Suburbs, we are looking for a motivated customer service operator who is used to a fast paced environment. Further details below:
Duties/responsibilities:
- Taking inbound calls only
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Tracking orders
To be considered for this role you MUST have the following experience and skills:
- Minimum of two years experience in call centre/customer service (on the phone)
- Excellent communication skills - written & verbal
- Computer literacy - being able to move between different systems quickly and efficiently
- 100% attention to detail
- Basic Excel experience
- Experience within warehousing and/or transport is a bonus
This is an on-going temporary role.
